So sorry, but your question made me laugh! lol

I've been grumpy all day myself, so I have some sympathy for you.

Cures? Get outdoors and get some sunshine... doesn't sound like much fun when you're grumpy, but it really does help. Also, talk to someone that can be positive about whats going on in your life. Looking at the brighter side of things will help your outlook. Last but not least - laugh, laugh, laugh!! Read some funny jokes, go to You Tube and check out some silly video's or meet some cool people in chat.

p.s. sex helps turn that frown upside down too!!

Nothing - it's a fact of life that when men hit 50 they develop GOMS (grumpy old men syndrome) Ask any woman married to one! At 37 you're just working up to it.

think about all the even more aweful things that could have happened to you today.

I always think about how much more worse off I could be and it makes me thankful for what I have, even when its a pretty shitty day, I think about people on the street without a home, I think about people caught in a rainstorm walking down the street while i'm in my warm car...just think about things you do have that you are glad about or can even put in in perspective to make you feel glad for them even when you may not be.

Its all a state of mind and I work at it everyday, and the more you think about the wonderful blessings in your life, the more will come your way, I promise you!

I know lots of happy seniors among the few grumpies, i think what you're going through is a mid-life crisis and that's different! :-)

The more you learn about life, the world, and other people, the less you like any of them. Sorry, old son, it's the natural way of things!

Laugh and the world laughs with you
cry and you cry all alone.

Everyone enjoys a good grump sometimes but you have to count your blessings too
