I think that gays are like any part of the population. They suffer from the same emotional insecurities that anyone can suffer from. You may have made an assumption that because you know two "needy" gay guys, that there are a lot of needy gays. They are just like the rest of us - some are confident, some are reticent. They are people. Don't lose sight of that. No-one is ever completely a label.

I know 2 very needy str8 people....are all str8 people needy? You could ask the same thing of any group of people....people are people...The fact that no one answered before should have been a clue...Don't mean to offend you, just stating facts....
