A Bit is the smallest form of measurement in computers.

There are 8 bits in one byte
There are 1024 bytes in one kilobyte
There are 1024 kilobytes in one megabyte
There are 1024 megabytes in one gigabyte
There are 1024 gigabytes in one terabyte
There are 1024 terabytes in one petabyte

there is no such thing as a gigabite or megabite unless you are refering to the degree of the arc you make when biting into a Big Mac....
:-D

In a kilobyte there are 1024 bytes
In a megabyte there are 1024 kilobytes

if you want to "condence" the size of photos you might want try putting them in a ZIP file.

there

Everything is in 1024. So 1024 bytes in 1 kilobyte. 1024 kilobytes in 1 megabyte. 1024 megabytes in a gigabyte.

Like 2097MB. Both answers are wrong. First off 1KB does not equal 1MB, a MB is larger than a kilo byte. And it's bytes not bites. There are bits, however, which are different as well. 2097152/1000 = 2,097MB divide that by 1,000 again and you get 2.097GB roughly.

I'm assuming you mean how many Kilobytes in a Megabyte.

1,024 KB in a MB.
