Wheldon has stated in interviews that he wants a young unknown actress in her early 20's to play the part.

I think they should do a talent search for her. The character should stand on her own and not be a "name" celebrity. Like they did with the original Superman played by then unknown Christopher Reeve.
I also think they'll have to look "outside the box" to find Wonder Woman since she is from the mythical amazon tribe of warrior women. Lynda Carter was way too feminine to pull off the character well. But it was 70s TV and it was all about boobs and hair then.

I think that they should cast Catherine Bell from jag. She has the look and the smile and lookes good in a wonder woman out fit and she also has that tough ness about here

Seems like a shameless ploy to pull on the television series. It is a good idea to have her in the film but not as a main character in any scene.
