It would be nice if this software let u use the flash drive for other things as well...
also... if i use this program and take out my flash drive after I shut down my computer then erase the computer's files on the flash drive.... will everythiing be OK?

I don't know of any 3rd party software that would do that.
I know that this is a new feature in the upcoming windows Vista OS, called readyboost. Which will allow a flash drive be able to supplement a PC's RAM.

once you improve to Vista you should use a USB flash force as RAM. this is noted as ReadyBoost and the Flash force has to help it. Works like this: You plug the flash force in, if Vista does not ask you in case you want to apply the force as RAM utilizing ReadyBoost then that flash force does not help it. fairly common.
