i have a date tommorrow with someone off the internet, oh my goodness i thought he was going ot be intelligent and interesting but he sounds like a boring old ****, he likes rodger whitaker music oh my goodness he,s coming a hundred miles what do i do

My grandparents like Roger Whitaker music.
What if he's in his 80s? And really sweet. Don't have him drive that far if you already made your mind up.

Meet him, because he may be more fun than he is starting to sound. But, as a safeguard, get a friend to ring you on your mobile about 30 minutes into the date. You can then pretend there is an emergency at home or something and get out without too many problems.

It depends on how much he knows about you and where you live. If you've been sensible and kept the meeting in a neutral location and not divulged too much about yourself then I would just not bother turning up. Sorry, but I'm being honest now.
If he knows too much for you to run and hide, it's only one date. Be brave and you never know he might teach you the Skye Boat Song!
