Hey Charity,
Start a 360 blog. In there define your pictures. Then select the option to use the anime as default. Next time in Answers, you will see the Anime as your Avatar.

Yahoo doesn't have many options...outside of the first answer which is good...the only problem is that if you use messenger, it maynot select the "new" avatar...keep a copy on your desktop and use that image in messenger if it doesn't select the one you have in 360.
