ok, ive had hampsters before, and right now i have a chinchilla. Ie had the chinchilla for a long time, and have had 2 hampsters(not at once) while having my chinchilla. Well the thing is, my mom siad i could not get another hampster because not enough room in my bedroom. well, we opened up the 2nd floor (rented it out to people as an apartment) and now my room is up there, it is a lot bigger. im going to ask her if i can get a hampster again.

So the advisce i need:
what should i say to help for a yes?
ive been thingking and thinking, and cant really come up with anything, im not good at this stuff.

Do not worry that you are helping a hampster into a bad home, we have a dog, 2 cats, chinchilla, and a rabbit, and have had many hampsters, mice, turtles, hermet crabs, and lizards! I/My family know how to take care of pets!

ty very much, you advice is greatly apreciated.

Try writing a persuasive essay saying why you think you would be able to take care of the hampster and make good points on things that your parents are concerened with. If they think you won't have enough money for it say you will help cover the cost of its food or toys. If they are concened about space make a space for the cage in your room, show it to them and if you keep your room nice and clean they may think that you'll be responsible enough to get a hampster.

first of all, show ur parents that u r completly responsibly by doing things like (this wont sound nice, but trust me its worth it): extra chores, making sure ur room is constantly clean, and also make sure u have enough money i mean, yea, ur parents will probably pay 4 a little bit of hamster stuff, but u dont want 2 b constantly going "mom dad, can i have money 4 hamster food?" (that would just really make them regret letting u have a hamster) im not saying "get a job and bcome a millionare and buy a hamster" but save ur money; dont go and buy stuff that isnt needed also, dont just ask and ask and ask bcuz even tho yes, some parents will cave in and say yes, with some parents, its just gonna get u grounded and make sure u have a clear surface (table, desk, dresser top, etc) where u can put the hamster cage other than that, if they say no, ask them y and try 2 reason with them dont b mean and say that ur reasoning is better, but listen and think about it yes they r fun pets yes they r cute but... no ur parents will not like it if they r the ones having 2 take care of it i dont mean 2 sound like i know everything, im just tryin 2 keep u informed also i have a teddybear/golden hamster (i think) and she is pretty great ^_^ whatever u buy, one thing to keep in mind is this: if u buy a dwarf hamster (ne type; russian, chinese etc), DO NOT buy a cage with metal bcuz they r smaller and can escape easily i totally recommend getting a teddybear or golden hamster hope that helped!

Well it wouldnt hurt to butter her up before you asked her. If that doesnt work I would act like your sad and pretend like u pout! If that doesnt work I would explain why a hampster would be good for me and tell her how much I would commit to that hamster and love it.
