I know a guy with a foot fetish, and I think he likes me. I'm scared to wear sandals or go barefoot now.

Wear socks and shoes then. I am married to a man like this and it will only turn the guy on so if your freaked out don't let him see your bare feet.

Would you not wear a bathing suit around a "normal" guy who has a thing for boobs or butts? Don't change your lifestyle because he makes you uncomfortable. If he does make you feel uncomfortable, though, do stop hanging out with him.
