I have seen/heard of questions being erased as being 'inappropriate. Tho' there is nothing inapproporiate about them, it is more what racists, ignorant and/or just plain dumb folk deem them to be or the answers the same give. This is the real world, not all puppies and kittie, or 'my boyfriend cheats' or gamer issues. Some of us actually would like to pose questions that mean something to us and the world in general. However, because of this site not being monitored by humans and merely by a computer program, it is too easy for a couple people to report abuse when they see a question they don't like and end up having it dumped from the site. So, the real question here is: Don't you think that this site would serve the community better by having certain moderators work the site to ensure that proper questions are being asked and that people who report viable questions for abuse be the ones that get the nasty little letters from Yahoo and eventually be booted for abuse? Just wondering...

It definitely would work better if people read the questions and answers in certain ways, but it would take very long to get every answer and question online, especially if they are lengthy. As for people flagging questions that they simply don't understand, it's like giving a confusing puzzle to a someone, and when they don't get it, they say, "This is stupid," instead of simply saying, "I don't understand this."

In that case yahoo panel should not penalize the one who asks question but take away one level from the one is wrongly reporting the abuse. However they have to be careful in giving out such penalty. It will be a good idea that if an abuse is reported but the other side wish to contest the abuse label then the two sides should be assessed by a real panel and not a software programme. The side that the panel judge against should be degraded by one level.
