Dropping about one quart of oil a month. Does not leak at all while engine is running and only leaks for a few moments after the car has been turned off.
Does anyone have suggestion as to where I can take my Maxima in the Kansas City, Missouri area, other than dealership, to get my Maxx worked on?
Someone reputable, reliable, great knowledge on foreign cars?

your problem is: you have a bad front or rear main seal,buy a Haynes or Chilton manual for your car and do it yourself, if you have just a little bit of mech.skills this job can be accomplished,you will save a ton of $$$$$$.

…and select those closest to you and then call them. They are all ASE Blue Seal shops, and the mechanical abilities here are peerless.
Call around and find one that specializes in Nissan.

TGS you can probably fix it yourself. Look under the hood and find where oil is leaking from.could be just valve cover leaking.Good luck.
