Yes but why would you want to? you cant be with that person every day and worse yet, they could be a very bad person.I had to do a little time in prison when I was younger for some stupid stuff and when I was there I seen all kinds of guys who would befriend innocent women outside and their intentions were sometimes so evil!!They would ask them to smuggle in drugs or use them to have money or a place to land when they parole.Unless you knew this guy before he went in and loved him then and he's due to get out soon thensure ,its fine. But if he's doing life or fifteen to twenty or even eight to ten thenit can't be nothing good and your'e being used for something.Trust me and listen dont be stupid!!These guy know how to talk to woman and say the tight sh@#it to convince them to send hundreds if not thousands of dollars to them in prison and have a house or more money for them when they get out.Dont be fooled you could even end up DEAD!!I would dee these guys crowd around and share letters and discuss what to say, really its sick. Like I said unless you already know him ,careful but yes in most states you can but why?Its better to wait and have it outside the walls not with some prison guard breathing down your neck and in the event youmight get a conjical visit it would be nice to have more than30 minutes with your groom!!

Why would you want to? Why would any sane woman marry a guy in prison. Look, I know all about prison men, my aunt was in love with 1 for 20 years--and now my cousin is in love with an inmate. Both are handome men. Look, most guys in prison are attractive, charming and handsome--but they are players. They all write to different women, have diffrent girlfriends, and as soon as they get out of jail they dump their jail girlfriends. Save yourself some heartache and get a man who walked the straight and narrow in life--who has a good job, hasnt been to jail, and loves God.

You can, but why would you. I don't know the circumstances to this persons incarceration, but you should find someone who is stable and that can work with you as a partner. Sorry to say, once your in the system, their chances of being productive are slim. But it's your life.

I think you can contact a lawyer and talk to them about it and they will help you with the process. I will tell you though if it is meant to be then you will have the opportunity when the person gets out.

Some states allow conjugal visitations. It is possible, contact a lawyer in your state for advice or research the state code for your state (which is the law) and read about it on your own.

Think about where you are - then where the person you want to marry is.....not just for a fleeting moment.......think about it for a really really long time.........Picture yourself 3, 5 then ten years from now.........think about all your dreams, the things you wished for, hoped for,,,,,,,then - think again about the question you just asked.
