The answers to this question are painful to read:
Someone has put down Scotland, England and Britain ? eh ???
China ? Get real - it ranks 56th in the UN list of deprived nations.
Russia ? Outside Moscow and St Petersberg, 76% of people live in poverty.
Someone else claims Island ? Which Island ? Or do you mean Ireland ?
Monaco isn't a country !
It is almost impossible to prodcue an accurate list. The answers will vary on how you put the list together.

Most western industrialized countries, Canada, the US, England , France, Germany, Japan, possibly Austrailia, China is still considered a developing country I think.
