This quetion is for my A.P. Biology class, and my question is based upon figure 28.8 on page 554 in the book. The book's title is Biology, the authors are Campbell and Reeves.

17. The Six Kingdoms consists of:

A. Four Kingdoms within domain Eukarya - Kingdom Protista, Kingdom Fungi, Kingdom Plantae, and Kingdom Animalia.

B. One Kingdom in the domain Archaea ("ancient") - Kingdom Archaea (Archaebacteria)

C. One Kingdom in the domain Bacteria - called Kingdom Bacteria (Eubacteria).

The previous answer gave you the brances. The major characteristic of eukaryotes is the presence of a nucleus. In fact, the word actually means "true nucleus/kernal"
