Record his IP address!

It's very easy, actually...
While he's instant messaging you through MSN messenger or Yahoo Messenger:
1- Open MS-DOS prompt (Start--->Run--->Type "cmd" and press enter)
2- Type "netstat", and press enter. This will show you all your open internet connections.
3- Through your instant messenger, get him to send you any type of file. A song, mp3, .gif (picture), any type of file will do.
4- Type "netstat" again and compare it with the old result. The new connection and number that appears is his IP address.
The new IP address should look something like this: XXX.XX.XXX.XX (x's are numbers)

Now you have his IP address. Tell him you do, and that if he doesn't stop you will report him to the police.
If he does not stop, talk with your parents and report him to the police.

Sometimes reporting these bastards is the only way to stop them. Good luck.

in case you have been going to the army internet site and inquiring approximately recommendations, filling out the varieties for unfastened stuff or filling out records enjoying cards recently, recruiters will proceed to call you. If the calls are coming in at strange hours (i.e. until now 8 am or after 8 pm) it is in all probability not a militia recruiter. If it does become a militia recruiter, tell them which you're actually not to any extent further intersted and are attending college. they are actually not likely to waste their time attempting to convince you to enlist whilst it incredibly is way less annoying to discover somebody else who desires to.

Just don't answer him, if it's, let's say AIM (AOL instant message). Just block him. Or you could go to the safe side and call the police.
