I really dont see the point in resting your no1 keeper whilst playing your strongest outfield players, Reina would have stopped the last 2 goals.Jerzy is still an all time hero for his Istanbul display(thanks JD )

Strange decision by Rafa! However changing the keeper doesn't alter a team's formation or the way they play so maybe he just wanted to give the Istanbul hero a run in the team. Lest's hope we can play better against the Gunners in the Carling Cup tie!! YNWA

I agree, but if you look on the official Liverpool fc website, Benitez admits he made a promise to Dudek. Basically he told him that although Reina is his 1st choice keeper, he would play Dudek in cup matches.
