You should restart your computer, if it still dosn't work, you probably have a virus on it, you have to get it fixed or reinstall your computer.

If there are multiple accounts on your computer, someone else might have iTunes open. If that's the case, they need to close it, then your's will open. Or maybe you need to restart your computer or reinstall the new version.

uninstall itunes then install it again. You can do this by going to control panel and clicking on "Add and Remove Programs" then when it shows the programs, click on "iTunes" and click "Remove" Then just go to the itunes website and install it again. Hope this helps!

Restart Your Computer. Either that or get a program called Gateway Go-Back, and use it to "go back" or make your computer the way it was before you installed the 7.0.2 version. It might work then. Hope this helps!

Try restarting the computer, if this doesn't work, then try uninstalling itunes and reinstalling it.
Or, go to www.apple.com and click on support - then you can search for an answer there.
