Of course it does. I would like to add that although size does matter, it is also subjective. So unless you are like my ex boyfriend who made me feel like I was trying to have sex with a gummi bear I would encourage you to not get too hung up on it. Someone who is larger certainly doesnt mean he will be good in bed. So focus on your woman and what you're doing not how you measure up.

Okay, up to a point, bigger is better. There's more friction and pressure, and that's a good thing. Again, up to a point. We don't like bruised cervixes. Many dildoes and vibrators are either normal sized or large because, yeah, it does feel good. Also, I kinda suspect there might be something suspicious going on with the designers- are they all men or something? Because there are smaller devices meant for penetration, but they're usually not made to look like a penis.
The reason we say size doesn't matter with men is because it doesn't. Yes, I know, I just said bigger feels better. You know what feels the best, though? A nice man who cares about what we need and want and has a good grasp of basic anatomy. Decent technique trumps an inch of girth or length any day, believe me, and a large d!cked, lousy lover is still a lousy lover. A man's penis size is a issue,BUT not the only issue or even a pressing issue.
Size is subjective - after you've been with 5 inch man and he pleases you, you're happy with 5 inch man
If you've never been with 11 inch man and you are not ready for 11 inch man, he hurts you badly and you never really want to do that again.
If 5 inch man has no clue as to how to please you, he can hurt your wooowooo pretty badly too.
So all that to say, if a man if unskilled in the fine art of love making, he can be one of the worse experiences you ever had, regardless of his actual size. But if he knows what he's doing and treats you like your feeling (physical and emotional) are important to him, it tends to be alright, if not downright pleasing.
Lovemaking techniques and awareness of your partner tend to be more important than size on any day.

Actually you do see them... :) But size does matter in many ways I won't get into. Some women cannot handle big and others have to have that.
