They banned smoking now why not banned children ,,,I think the parents should keep them home and what do you think, If I put up with them I may be so stressed out I would have A heart attach.So is that ny more of a health problem than smokers,

There are restaurants that don't allow children after certain hours. If children bother you so much, seek out those places to eat.
As the parent of two small children, I realize that children can be unruly in public sometimes. But I also appreciate being able to take my family out for a meal every so often.
Besides, have you forgotten that you were a child once? Try to be a bit less selfish and a bit more understanding.

Oh, get over it. If you don't like it, eat at home! Like the other person said, if they ban kids, they have to ban cell phones (which wouldn't be a bad thing), loud talking, and laughing. Eventually it gets out of hand.
If you don't want to hear kids or see them, then go to a bar where there aren't any.

Because children are people too. They might not say what you want them to say or do what you want them to do , but they have the same rights as anyone else in this world. Including you.

well that would be condeming an innocent person to a childhood locked up in a house and the the hauge(the world court) would fine the u.s. gov't a ton of money, and alot of people wouldnt like that

not all children are rude and noisy and obnoxious. i've gone to restaurants where there were children and they sat and ate their dinner and did not bother anyone. if we are going to ban children from restaurants then we have to ban people talking on cell phones and adults laughing and talking loud too.

You remind me of a bitter old woman that called the cops on me and my friend when I was 11. Why did she call the cops? Because we walked on a public sidewalk in front of her house to get to the basketball court.
