I don't know why if you touch my breast they will hurt they have been like this for a week but i haven't had my period yet?

Since you are only 11 it means you are starting to go through puberty. Your body is starting to develop and your "breasts" are starting to develop, and yes it does hurt, its supposed too...

If your breasts get that way before every period and you are only a little late then most likely you don't have anything to worry about. If you are sexually active then you should get tested. The thing that let me know I was pregnant was how tender my breasts were. Though that is NOTHING compared to the pain that you feel when you first start breastfeeding. Good luck.

It's perfectly normal. Your hormones are just adjusting. It means they are still growing or you'll be getting your period soon. Don't worry. You should try and get a well fitted bra to support them and if it hurts if you don't even touch them then you should have a mild pain reliever. If you can't stop worrying see a doctor

It could be a few things. Normal pre menstrual swelling/tenderness of the breasts.
Early signs of pregnancy
Or you are drinking too much caffeine.
These are the most common things that cause breast tenderness. Next time you see an OB/GYN mention it to him, and have a breast exam. Also learn to do them yourself. There are woman's clinics that will show you how to do it , for free.

Well Im guesing your going through a part of puberty and your problem is called a brest bud, even guys get these and thier perfectly normal. I even being a guy just recently went through this and it went away after a while. For some people it takes months or years. If you get to worried ask your doctor.

Could be mastitis, see your doctor as this is an infection. Could be hormones. See your doc anyway to rule out anything sinister. It probably isn't cancer or anything quite so serious, cancer is rarer than you think, and rarely hurts to the touch.

Oh oh it may be that you are preggers. If you had some wild sex lately and the man just let loose inside you then you may be in trouble or not depends if you want a baby.
