I wear a 38C.....so....But I can't find a cute bra to where....so I don't want to wear one at all.....PLEASE help

You can get bra cups that you stick right on to your breast so you at least have some support and your nipples don't stick out (it is winter after all) Get some double stick tape to keep the dress from moving. If you google it you should get lots of sources otherwise most better lingere stores should have it.
If all this stuff is out of your price range and the shirt is not too light or too sheer you can make a bra out of duct tape and get double stick tape at a stationary store.

Duck Tape
Start with taping at one side carrying around your back onto your next breast, and on each of your breast, use two way sticky tape, so the dress can stay on the breast without moving.

They sell Fashion Tape at some stores, but if you need it right now, just use regular double sided tape. Also, if you have glue dots (my mom uses 'em for scrapbooking) that works, too.

2 sides tape from Ace hardware store or something, thin clear tape, not puffy foam tape.
