Wash your face atleast twice a day with non-comedogenic soap (like cetaphil) which has no harse chemicals. Especially just before bed.
Don't use harse cleansing agents on your face. Try to use non-alchoholic ones. And do it only once a week.
Find out what type of face you have, oily/dry or mixed; less or more sensitive and use appropriate lotions. Otherwise you'll be prone to pimples and acne and so on.
Dont' use too many vitamin creams, lotions and especially don't mix and match.
Avoid too much direct sunlight on face. If so use spf with less chemicals such as (neutrogena, extra sensitive sun screen).
Drink atleast 8-12 glasses of water per day.
Avoid too much stress (One way is good yoga).
Get atleast 6 hours of good sleep per day.

First thing to do is drink lots of water - you should be drinking at least 2 litres a day. Remember if you feel thirsty you are already dehydrated. Aim never to feel thirsty.
With cleansing, be sure not to use soap as it will clog your pores. The best way is to use a lotion cleanser - the Body Shop ones are great but if you're on a tight budget then Johnson's Baby Lotion works well. Squirt about as much as will cover a5 cent piece into your hand and rub hands together then massage all over your face. Use upward motions as much as possible as this will make it penetrate better due to the structure of your skin.
Then get a wash cloth and wet it thoroughly with really hot water and use it to wipe your face off really thoroughly. Use upward motions. Repeat this at least 3 times. This is the most effective way to clean your skin.
I don't know about the blackhead cleanser you are using but what I have described above will prevent new ones from forming. It might be worth a visit to a beautician to get out the ones already there.

My skin has always been really healthy. I rarely use makeup (maybe once a month) and I don't put anything else on it. The best thing to do is leave it alone!
To get rid of the blackhead, try cleaning it with rubbing alcohol but do NOT double dip the q-tip. You spread the infection. You should do that a few times a day. That should help

Try to never touch your face, and since that's so hard to do for a lot of ppl, at least try to wash your hands as necessary throughout the day. Also, a lot of skin problems have a lot to do with your water. If your water is dirty, your skin will be dirty. I recomend getting a water purifier system. I know people that have gotten them and they say they noticed a difference in their skin almost immediately. Just be sure to not over wash your face with cleanser, that can have reverse effects and dry out your skin, giving you pimples and such.

The BEST thing to do is to buy a facial steamer, and then steam with a couple of drops of pure tea tree oil in boiling water. My face has never looked so clear!

Washing your body doesn't always help it 100%
*make sure your eating lots of fruits and vegetables
*If your active, make sure to shower directly after that
*Wear nice new clothes the next day
*Get lots of sleep
*Try to stay away from too much candy and chocolate... this is a major issure in which causes acne
Good Luck!

Drink lots of water and use a face mask. I recommend Queen Helene's Mint Julep Masque. Super cheap, can be found at Walmart, and works great.
