Play the radio or your favorate music, then pick just one are of your room or something else that you have been intendidg to do but has been looking at you. Do only that one thing. It will take a little longer that you think cause you will be having soooooo much fun that you will forget about the time.
The music can get you goin. Clean up party, go thru mail party, clear under the bed party.
You will be SOOOOO GLAD that you did and PROUD of YOURSELF too.
