Do you get offended if someone calls you a *****? I use it alot in slang and call everyone my ***** and some people dont react kindly to it. IS that word really offensive? Whats a better term to use so I dont offend people?

IF people are offended by your words.... it's THEIR problem not yours....
Just be yourself.... and have fun... if they are offended they can skip over your questions...
Most peeps around here can take it, and can give it, but there are a few very repressed people who lack any semblance of a sense of humor...

Too often, people default to vulgar slang that can be offensive to a broader population than one's narrow circle of friends. It is appropriate to "speak to the general audience" when conversing and not expect to be indulged everytime the urge to speak parochially occurs.

well I think some people are offended by it because you call them that and you don't know them well enough. Also, like me, some people don't cuss. I mean I know some people do it when they get mad or just do it because it's natural kinda, but everybody was brought up differently.

beotch or something. I only call my close friends Bitches. if it's some one I don't know too well calls me that playfully I get offended but I don't say anything, I just figure they're that much comfortable around me.

nothing will work...there is not any word that a person will not be offended by. You could call someone "the sweetest little banana pie" and it's about 40% likely they would say wtf! and kick your ***...so just say whatever you want. If people get offended by something, explain it to them♥

If you are calling people you don't know well by that word, then yes, that is offensive. Ma'am, miss or you there may be better terms.

i dont know but it is annoying i dont use the word b**ch when talking to people but its not offensive if you just use it as slang

My friends are really cool with me so they're not bothered by it. But a lot of people in life are serious so you can't do anything about it.
