In my understanding, a chav is someone who wears fake burberry clothes, swills cider from the bottle, causes a nuisance of themselves and is generally a reprobate.

to become a chav wear fake designer clothes, big gold hoop earings, chunky cheap gold chains and loads of eyeliner but generally chavs are not good

When the skin is rubbing together or your skin and your clothes are too tight and they rub together and make you raw. It usually happens with panties, the thighs, and the breast and or bra line. Use medicated powder to absorb the moisture and use coco butter to make sure that your skin doesn't change a little.
