I know alot of you hate the Colts (my hometown and favorite team) but the fact that some of you are trying to say that it wasn't because ot the Colts that the Chiefs lost, which is absolutely ridiculous! The Colts proved that they could stop the run, and they didn't do it because Larry Johnson sucked, they did it because we had are starters (most of them have been out all year) back and the Dungy preached to them to step up constantly the entire week. They eliminated the pass through most of the game, until they went to Gonzales, but after that touchdown we shutdown Gonzales. The Colts ran the ball incredibly well the entire day and Addai has proved that he is a superstar. Also, the Chiefs defense was all over Manning and really did well getting in his face, but because Manning has no selfishness in him he decided to pound the ball and it worked. I mean come on, the Chiefs the Colts from making a touchdown until the second half, that is tough to do even for the best defenses.

The Colts won and the Chiefs lost, get over it. The Chiefs had to work harder than every team (except maybe the Jets) to get to the playoffs so you should be proud and be happy that the team is in the right direction. GO COLTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't wait until next weeks battle against the Ravens! It's Manning-vs.-Lewis, watching them against each other is always classic and enjoyable to watch. The COLTS WILL WIN against the Ravens because we always play them well and their offense can't keep up with our offense.

I realise that the Colts have had the worst rushing season ever. I have been watching the Colts (at least the ones I remember) since I was four years old, and I am 23 now. Some of you don't seem to relise that the Colts have an advantage this year in the playoffs over everyone else because no team has played closer games and all of the teams the Colts faced played them like it was a playoff game because they wanted to be the first to end the winning streak. What does that mean? It means the Colts are more mentally ready for the playoffs than any other team and you can quote me on that.

Plain and simple, the Colts beat them! They had Bob Sanders back, which paid off so much. Where has this defense been all year?! Let's keep this momentum going! GO COLTS!

Does the Pope placed on a humorous hat? Manning received't repeat his performance hostile to Kansas city. The Chiefs' protection and particular communities aren't any the position close to the common of the Chargers. And, Manning must have Dallas Clark lower back, even possibly Harrison. the priority Manning had in San Diego change into that he fell behind early and had to desert the operating sport. they prefer that operating sport to execute their sport plan (use the run to verify the bypass). also, Manning really had one starting up WR (Reggie Wayne) accessible and change into out of sync such as his different receivers. And keep in thoughts, the Colts merely about pulled off a win. If not for some errant field objectives, the Colts might want to be 8 and a million today.

just because everyone thought that Larry Johnson was gonna run all over the colts because as a fan you should know they have the worse rushing defense in 16 years so when the colts stopped LJ people think the Chiefs had something wrong with them

i've been a KC fan since i first started watching NFL back in 1993.

i agree, Indy had a great game plan. they knew that if they could stop the run and cover Gonzalez, that KC had nothing else. Our wide receivers were useless. we don't really even have any wide receivers.

Indy managed to maintain poise, even with 3 int. and KC panicked.. great job by Indy's running back.

and great job by indy. every time they made a mistake, they followed up with a great series.. KC had 3 int and 1 blocked punt and was unable to capitalize.

for a defense that was supposedly the worst in the NFL, they came to play and had a great game plan.

Indy definitely out coached KC in this one.

congrats to an indy team that played bad enough to lose, but well enough to win at the same time..

KC needs to go out and get 2 wide receivers in the off season. you can't win if you don't have anyone to pass too..

and trent green should go. he's not the same as he was 3 years ago. he is unjured, he is old, and he is done..

actually, i found the game really promising for the colts, their defense showed that they can win a game, that's right the colts won the game, not kc beat themselves, the colts won! anyway, we all know peyton can step up (except not really tonight) and lead that team, but if the defense becomes lethal, well, the colts have a shot this year if that's the case

I didn't read your whole question, cause it's long.....but I think the Colts defense stepped it up and kept a guy in for the rush at all times. They beat KC up pretty good and didn't allow anything to get by. They definitely earned the win.

The Colts beat the Chiefs because they're better. Next week, the Ravens will beat the Colts because they're better. When they do, please post another question about the fact that everyone should be talking how the Ravens won instead of about how the Colts lost.

the colts did win, but the chiefs coach is givin' them plays that n e one could see what they were goin' to do...the colts aren't that great, but they did have it all together in the game except for a few times .

I'm not! The Chiefs lost because they played badly and were outcoached! Plain and simple. And the Ravens will beat them next week-sorry!

some victory when Peyton was yelling at his receivers in the first half after getting picked off SEVERAL times. KC just botched it thats all. Colts will blow it again to a better team (San Diego?)
