I know this may seem immature for a highschooler... but I still like my binder looking cute!

Last semester I had pictures on it... but it was very annoying because people would steal my binder just to look at the pictures, so anything else?

Oh yeah, and its just a regular 3 ring binder with the clear layer on the top so you can just slide things in it.

Thanks!

Cut a design through the plastic using an xacto blade and then slide in a really cool bright textured sheet such as velvet, burlap, or even faux fur. it will look simple and feel really cool.

Do you know what rick rack is? It's zig zaggy looking strips of material that are used on clothes. Very cute and comes in many colors. It would look really cute if you super glued some of that around the edges of your binder before putting in pictures of your friends from last semester in it. Label it 2006 Reflections or something.

I used to take sharpies on a canvas binder, draw two huge drawings (peace signs usually because i was all into that sort of thing back then), write the subject really cool and big.

Thennn...I would write quotes all over...crammed them all next to each other. So when I was in class i could read it, hum them to myself, ignore my English teacher who was a colassal waste of energy. But you'll probably run into the people stealing it to read it thing.

Now I get stickers with political quotes on them and put them on the front of my notebooks.

If I were you, I'd have one big picture of my favourite scenery on it (e.g. New York) and then paste some pictures on it a la decoupage (e.g. a cartoon King Kong on the Empire State Building). Make it colourful and as random as you want! Add speech balloons and stickers and whatever!

I always decorated mine with bumper stickers... but since you have the thing that you can slide stuff in and out of... maybe find some artwork you like online and print it out or something... or magazine clippings of celebs you like... or get some great fabric and stick it in there... Another great thing to do is find a cause you reall care about and decorate it with awareness ribbons or stickers supporting that cause. Have fun with it. :)
