Okay, i know this might sound weird, but i think i had a miscarriage. The weird thing about it is i wasn't 100% sure i was pregnant i've had every period since the last time i had sex, but i've heard about these 'phantom pregnancies' were you can be pregnant but never know until the baby's due. I think i had a miscarriage because i've also heard that when it happens, sometimes something weird can leave your body, like i don't know how to describe it, but this happened to me. I was on my period and out shopping, then i started getting these really bad pains that i actually thought i was in labour with a 'phantom pregnancy' i started going all flushed and cudn't move much, i was in so much pain but put it down to my period. When i went home early i went to change my tampon. When i took out my tampon, i noticed something stuck to it. it didn't look like a blood clot, it actually looked like a part of my insides. Please help!!!!

If this has happened within the last week, it is possible that you can do a urine pregnancy test (home pregnancy test). If the pregnancy test is positive, you may well have had a miscarriage.

If the pregnancy test is negative and this happened within the last week, or if it happened some time ago we'll never really know unless you kept the odd tissue which you could ask your doctor to send to the labs and find out what it is.

Incidentally, you might want to discuss this with your doctor.

If you HAVE had a miscarriage and if you are of a certain blood group, you may require some medicine to prevent Rhesus iso-immunization and haemolytic disease of the newborn in subsequent pregnancies.

It might be. I had the same experience a little over 2 years ago. what i thought was a blood clot was kinda bigger then normal well never had much normal but anyhow. was cramping etc. was told when i showed it to someone that is what happened. i know it sounds gross to save it but i was staying with another female at the time and she came in and looked then i didn't get my next period and kept coming up negative and finally 3rd try was positive. have a healthy happy 20 m/o. I would go get checked out i did. and when my period was suppose to come and it didn't they tested etc. hope this helps.

If you had a miscarriage you would know it. A lot of blood, I mean a lot of it!
You did not know you were pregnant in the first place.
What did the doctor say when you went in for your baby check up?
I lost my first baby because of the Rh factor, my body attacked my baby resulting in a miscarriage.
If you feel you are pregnant again, go get checked out.

Yes girls can make themselves think they are pregnant. Usually wanting someone to love them to the point they will want to be pregnant, or think they are....

You should make an oppointment with your ob-gyn and talk to him/her about it. You could very well have had a miscarriage or it could be nothing more than a very odd blood clot. You can never be sure untill you talk to a doctor.
