that is a good question but im going to have to say Lindsey. She had like 3 car wrecks in 2 months, so yeah. i'll go with her.

Probably Lohan. I think she's been in more accidents than Parish. But Parish got a DUI (being a celeb I'm sure it got dismissed) but I'm not sure if Lindsay has gotten one...yet.

I think it would have to be Lindsay Lohan (just from what I've seen on TV and read in the people magazine)

Well, Lindsay's has to be pretty high from accidents, but Paris's is probably equally high from DUIs. Use your insurance rates and multiply number of offenses by the increase and see.

Paris because she runs into things and she also runs over things.
Lindsay's only bad driving record was a DUI and Paris would be higher because she has been in more crashes.
