Personally I think it depends on the question. If it's a normal question by any of us, funny weird, chatting or what ever they want to call it, I'd say yes. Snitches.
But with those 'Make money on the web, this is not a scam' postings, I for one, am just sick of them. Especially when no question or answer is given. I will take the 2 points though.

Nah.. I never, ever told at school. I've reported someone once - yes, people are entitled to express opinions but sometimes there are people that say things just to **** others off. And this thing pissed me right off! I dont think its fair to go reporting for every little silly thing but its not fair to purposely offend people.

no, i never told on people when i was little but i report people on here because i get tired of them runnning thier little perve mouths traumatizing people and the pissing people off with thier raciest comments.
