You move on! If they don't want to get serious with you, there is not much you can do but except it. But if you want to continue to keep in touch with her as a friend, who knows she might someday be more interested in you. It happens - friends can later become lovers. It's all up to fate. And who knows maybe she isn't right or the one for you and your better off.
