You most certainly can:

This verison is a free trial but it does wonders

ADVISE: Make a system restore point prior to using the programe. If any critical errors happen you can revert back to this point. Please email me for information on how to do this if needed.

If you like the programme it can be paid to gain access of all the software's applications and features.

Does anyone know the medicine from all the diseases? The same with the computers
There is no such a patch which will fix everything. User is the only one who ruins the system. Try not to install hundreds of programs that you will never need. Use registry and system backup. Use programs like Ashampoo Uninstaller Suite; and others. Uninstall your programs in a proper way. Don`t just delete the folders! Use uninstall exe. Don`t use different tweakers for the system.

try start > run > sfc /scannow

this will scan through windows and replace any broken system files. You may need your original windows CD to do this
