definately parenting skills and sex ed (how to prevent pregnancy), money management, cooking, etc. Rather than offering things that will help in life..the students have to take a foreign language in HS (I never would have graduated) just so we can communicate with Mexicans and others who REFUSE to learn our language..At least our students will be able to say "I am pregnant" in Spanish.

I don't know what places y'all went to school... we had lunch, sex ed, money management (consumer economics). I thought we had everything we needed.
