It's fairly safe but unhygienic, and it can cause skin infections that can be hard to get rid of. Without hair, sweat doesn't evaporate, because air circulation is less, and the sweat just sits there and gets stale. It usually stinks, and all kinds of nasty micro-organisms love sweaty skin with underwear practically glued to it. I strongly recommend you not do it.

safe ? that depends on you, or whoever gets to do the shaving.
just be prepared for alot of itching and strange looks when you start scratching.
definitely not somewhere I'd want an ingrown hair or an infection from a cut. yeeeouch!!!!!
personally, the idea of taking a razor blade to my nutsack gives me the heebeejeebees. woof!!!! aaaahhhhh!!!!

I have done it before and it was done with a single cut. The scrotum is particularly hard to do.
And I would not suggest it. It is irratating and scratchy, and feels weird and looks sh*t.
But why not try it..... it was funny at first as I was dared to shave off all my body hair!

yes you can, but be careful. yes it's safe, but I guarantee you it will start itching later when the stubble starts to come back. My ex-husband said it used to like it was burning after he first did it.

Yes you can shave, just use a good shaving cream, and a new, clean razor.
