I let my kids (once they are old enough to realize they are old enough to use their own wills instead of blindly following MINE) listen to whatever CRAP they like as LONG as I am not subjected to it and especially if I don't hear foul, obscene words in the lyrics which might make me pitch a FIT and toss the CD out the window or in the garbage..... Is that letting them listen to their own music? I think it is! : ) I AM the parent after all - so they have FREE AGENCY TOO within parental guidelines, boundaries & limits....

just normal pplz
goths/emo
rich pplz
and well if someones friend becomes emo then so does this person :)

i don't really know. i know emo ppl and they just got all poplular in less than a month because they turned emo... everyone started copying them...
guess they just want attention or something.
