As best as I can figure, being married to 2 30 ish guys, it's best to get 6-8 hrs. sleep. If you can make it up great, but if not no big deal. Don't be too proud to take a nap in the afternoon or early evening if possible. Try not to make it a habit though, it will take a toll on you.

I would say sleep when you're tired, if you only need a few hours sleep 1 night but more the next, have an early night! I dont think theres anything worse than trying to get to sleep to ensure you get your 6-8 hours if you're not actually tired!

it truly is a uncommon question: you may't sleep too a lot. you may sleep too little, lose function, and finally die from sleep-deprivation, yet so some distance as oversleeping... this is not achievable. It does count number on the guy, yet in case you sleep 6 hours a evening, each evening and experience wonderful, then you truthfully really desire 6 hours of sleep a evening. some desire extra some desire some distance a lot less. My psych prof slept 3 hours a evening and he change into wonderful. in case you sleep more suitable than that... nicely, this is only a troublesome component to do. I sleep about 7 hours a evening (even as i don't have insomnia) and too sleep extra isn't something i can do. in case you may sleep many extra hours than you want than strong for you, yet that 'extra' sleep seriously is not a similar restorative, deep sleep. this is really merely lazy sleep. It received't do a lot for you.

The general rule is that everyone needs 8 hours of sleep. However, our bodies adjust to what we "force" it to do. As we get older, people tend to need less sleep, and on average, the adult gets about 6 hours sleep.

I sleep about 7 hours a day but over 3 sleeps, i have two jobs, although i'm always tired i don't seem to suffer too much. Your body wiil take as much rest as it needs naturally. Sleep when you can.

Depends on which male in their 30s you ask...some people require less sleep with age and others need more.

the adult human bidy needs about 8-9 hours of sleep but since u got 4 hours ur body needs to make up for ur lack of REM sleep which is the phase of sleep where u do most of ur dreaming and ur brain needs to dream so ur brain in a sence could sleep like the rest of ur body

To remain healthy (physically and mentally) you actually need 5 hours per night. More is good, 5 is ok, less starts to get harmful.

8hrs but I did read somewhere the myth about catching up on the weekend or the next night doesn't really do much to help as the body takes up to a month to recover.
