That’s an interesting topic to look up; werewolves in dream interpretation.
Well, I had a reoccurring dream several years back involving wolves (not werewolves). I went to the public library and looked up a dream interpretation book and looked up the elements to my dream. It was really fascinating; and it made so much sense after I looked up the elements in the book. According to this book [I can’t remember the title] wolves represent fear.
I would imagine that the werewolves in your dream represent the same thing if they are just the wolf-man type werewolf. I’m inclined to think that your werewolves might represent something else is there is shape-shifting occurring in your dream.
The internet is not as good a research tool as most people think; anyone can put anything on the internet; with or without something to back up what they say, and that’s supposing you can even find the exact topic you’re looking for. Go to your local library and look up some books on dream interpretation (it’s in the 120’s if I recall correctly). You don’t need a library card to read through the book, and if you have a decent sized library, you should be able to find several books on the same subject; if you don’t see what you’re looking for in one, try the next one. Libraries are a great source of information, factual or fictional, that isn’t used as much as I think it could be.
I’m an avid fan of Werewolves and other mythological creatures (but werewolves in particular), you may contact me if you would like to discuss the mater in further detail.
Good luck on your search.

the beasts usually advice about being care full with troubles, enemies or things that are willing to become an obstacle. It works that way, not only in premonitory dreams, but also in psychological meanings. If u feel threat or insecurity in your normal day life, it will reflect in your dreams in the way of something you fear.
Besides, A where wolf is not entirely a beast, it is between humans and animals, so it could also mean a struggle with your self to do something you think is right.
Wolf are "clan" animals and "totemic" also. maybe you are asking for protection with some trouble, or, if you believe, against some energies that you don't feel comfortable with.
You should put your vision in context with your day to day world... then you will decipher it your self.

Study were wolf stories and myths, then figure out what the werewolf means to you. Yes, it could mean something's eating you, but to you it might mean there's something ugly inside of you that you're afraid will get lose, or you're afraid of losing controll of a situation and people may get hurt. Like I said, just think on it awhile, and you will have your "Aha!" moment and the meaning will be clear.

Werewolves have the ability to eneter into peoples dreams, and prowl in their minds. Visualisations of globes of mercury (giant silver bullets) are supposed to scare them away.

Otherwise it might be anxiety about puberty, or you have anthropomorphised a pet.

there is something that is eating at you. something you have pushed so far back into your subconcious, it's fighting to get out. the sooner you face this "werewolf", the better off you will be. otherwise, it will consume you.
