No,it would actually bring many more problems...Just look at how well things are going in Iraq:if before US attacked Iraq there were no "terrorist" there,now there are so many potential terrorists,ready to attack not only US,but also any other country in the world...and all this thank to Bush...And right now US doesn't have the financial resources to attack another country.And if they would attack another one,like Iran,they would definitely lose the war.because Iran,unlike Iraq,has the capability of defending itself and even win a war...And I really doubt that countries like Russia or China would be happy to see a Middle East controlled by US...they would never allow something like this to happen...
So If the US conquered the entire Middle East this won't end any problem,it could actually create a greater one,that could lead to another world war...

No, terrorism isnt a form of govt, it is an idealogy. Many Muslims in the Middle East turn to terrorism as a way to fight other religions or even other Muslims of another denomination. But the Arab countries are currently holding many more terrorists than the other countries.
