if there isnt any assests involved then u sure can i dont know what part of missouri your in but just go to the court house in the city u got married in (im from mo- so any more questions just let me know)and the price is between 200-300

Assuming you have no children and you either have no shared assets or you have no disputes about their division; then you can file a "no fault" divorce without a lawyer. All you need is the appropriate forms (available from City Hall and Courthouses) and a processing fee.

If everything is worked out between you and your ex you can go to the courts and file with the judge to have a divorce.
I'm not sure the price in MO.
