Bluetooth is an industrial specification for wireless personal area networks (PANs). Bluetooth provides a way to connect and exchange information between devices such as mobile phones, laptops, PCs, printers, digital cameras and video game consoles via a secure, globally unlicensed short-range radio frequency.
For you, it means that you can get a cordless headset so that you will not have to hold the phone to your ear to talk or be tied to a wire between the headset and your phone.

Bluetooth is sort of like a headset. Have you ever seen a person wearing something over their ear without it connecting to it's cell phone? That is a bluetooth. They are used without having to connect to a cell phone. For example: it doesn't have to be plugged in anywhere (only to charge.) You can get bluetooths from your wireless company and they will show you how to use it.

is a wireless tech which is generally used in cellphones or laptops to share files o to send data (voice, sms, files, images, music, sounds, pictures, etc) to another device with bluetooh
Blue tooth is an european tech originated in Ericsson and some others Scandinavians companies. Bluetooh was a "name" of a Scandinavian King who has a tooth with color blue so he was called Bluetooh, and Ericsson gave that name too to the tech in honor of the King.
In the manual of your cell must be the instructions for use the bluetooh, or search for the manual in the web, it is so easy to use
