You'll have to register, and you'll need either the VIN (if it's been assigned) or the production number provided by the dealer. Then the production status will appear when you log in. There are a number of other features there as well, from financial services to online owner's manuals and maintenance.

You will need the production number or the vin # which your client advisor should give you. Log onto BMWUSA.COM and on the main page you will see a link to the Owners Circle https://oc.bmwusa.com/
You`ll register using either the production or vin number. You`ll be able to see the satus of your new car.
