From personal experience its great with all companys you it may vary depending on who you speak to but thats the nature of contact centres. Vodafone are going a long way in making it a excellent experience. They offer a free customer service line from your mobile "191" which is not offered with other networks.

I have phones on both, soon to get rid of my o2 1, and i have struggled with o2 everytime vodafone no problems.

Awful, but from what I heard not as bad as o2's. Ive found Orange to be miles better than Vodafone who are pushy and unreasonable.

I've found them generally to be good but more recently they are not as fairly run as they used to be - I put this down to Chris Gent the old CEO leaving for Glaxo and Sarin replacing him - he doen't seem to run the group the same relaxed way and elements of sneakiness have characterised the company.

My son used to be with Videophone and he didn't like anything about them, now both he and I have had contact phones with '3' for the past three years and we have both had good service.
