because it can boost a woman's self esteem and thus make her focus more on the relationship instead of her inadequacies.

Silicon breast implants would be quite strange. Silicon is a metalloid element often used in semiconductor electronic chips such as the substrate of a microprocessor.
Now silicone breast implants would be more mainstream. Silicone is a type of polymer material which is commonly used in breast implants.
Now, can these type of implants create a real relationship? Well, I suppose this would depend on what you think constitutes a real relationship. Breast implants have the purpose to enhance the visual appeal of the breasts, thus also attracting males. If you are looking for a relationship, you may not find the type of personality you are looking for (eg: superficial people). If you are in a long-lasting relationship such as a marriage, the implants may serve to enhance certain aspects of the relationship (since you should already be compatible on a personal level).
Also, depending on your financial situation, the implants would not be a wise investment and may hurt a relationship. So, take into consideration these other factors that will affect your life before making a decision.

Silicon breast implants could boost your confidence which would, in turn, boost your chance of forming a lasting, meaningful relationship . . . but if you want to get implants it should be for YOUR benefit, not his; get them because you feel like you'd look better with them, not because you think he'd like you more with big boobies.
Breast implants aren't for everyone . . . some people are confident enough in their looks without them, some people think it's wrong ... it's all a matter of personal opinion. Don't let yourself get talked into liking, or hating, the idea of implants by someone else who knows nothing about the proces ... ^_^ especially if they sound like they have a stick up their butt. There are a lot of people who hear horror stories about plastic surgery, but most of that is because uninformed people try to go to the cheapest plastic surgeon they can find . . . w/o doing any research or asking about his/her acredidation.
Basically, just make sure you make an informed decision based on what YOU want ... to hell with everybody else's opinion.

THEY DONT!!! Real relationships are the ones that does not include any implants or cosmetic surgery. They could possibly boost a womans aspect of her body-- but is it really worth it?? Can a man fall inlove with a woman, or her boobs (including if they are fake). Look real relationships and love will come with the real you, not the fake implants. Looks only last for 20 years, what happens after that when the implants really drop? Personally its not worth it getting fake chest!!! I am the smallest size possible AA to A-- and you know what?? I found a man who fell in love with my personality not my boobs. Just think about it-- is it really worth all that money-- including if you would rather have that special someone fall in love with you instead of the perfect sillicone breasts on you.

Now, see, it's said that implants improbe the confidence of the..owner? However. If the proud new owner of said fake boobies requires them for her own confidence, there is obviously a larger problem here. In a healthy relationship, both parties should be completely content with themselves, and completely accept all aspects of themselves, inside and out.
That aside...I suppose the initial *attention* from said fake boobies could initiate a "real relationship", that is, one that doesn't hinge upon the existence of the tupperware titties.

Good question.
It is possible if the breasts had nothing to do with the attraction between the two people. If they did it would seem the attraction is falsely based.
I personally adore beautiful natural breasts.

i'm happy with my breasts thank you very much, and if i ever go out with a guy who doesn't like it, then i'll ditch him. some people care about their looks way to much and breast are just another thing for them to say needs to be changed on some people.
