there's actually a Belbin site, which I visited just a few days ago. (I'm a completer-finisher, by the way)

Theres a great site I always used for Communication Studies - www.cultsock.ndirect.co.uk . Click on group dynamics under G in the index and there will be loads. Not sure if theres any on belbin specifically, but I remember studying it so assume it will be on there. Good luck!
