Actually. i had this happen. I got out my car and yelled at him and told him he needed to learn how to drive then the cops showed up and told me to calm down Plus my passenger said her back was sore. I had a really nice car and it was MAJORLY damaged by some jerk in a big truck witha grill guard... Poor baby scratched his grill guard. he actually fought the ticket and I showed up with pictures of my car. If it was a minor accident and there was no damage and noone was hurt I would probably just be like oh well accidents happen but the guy hit me pretty hard and tried to blame it on me just because I had a nice car. The best thing to do is stay in your car and call the cops. getting rearended can cause whiplash and other medical issues.

Oh, that sucks... but it's cool. Here, let me get my insurance card and write down my information, and if you could do the same for me, that would be great. When I get a chance, I'll get an estimate on the cost of the damage, and I'll let you know if we should attempt to work something out on our own.....

(Few minutes later)

Here's my info.... this is yours? All right, I'll give you a call when I have some more answers about the damage cost. Take care!

When was the last time you got your eyes checked? I hope that you got insurance because you scratched my bumper!

Well you get out of the car and see how much damage there is, then you react in an angry matter and would not really think about what to say to them.
