That has definitely happened to me. Sometimes I'll even read the Best Answer and think to myself, "What the heck? This answer has nothing to do with the question!"

yeah i work in auto industry, guy asked about a lease, gave him a great description, 2 paragraphs of pros and cons. he gave best answer to a guy who said leasing is a good option and that was it.
