Revenge MUST be swift and hard upon this INFIDEL! There is only one anwser if you are truly in dispair.
Cut off her left ear!
This is the only way she will learn.

If your old enough move out and never speak to her again. She comes around for a favor, say NO CAN DO! YOUR ON YOUR OWN!!!!!
You did not say what she did, if really bad, remove her homework out of her notebook binder. She will get caught and marked down.
Remove all her shoe laces. Hide them. Trash them. As long as you know your parent will not come down hard (punishment) on you.

By accident, throw a cake at her,wrap her up in a box and ship her to an orphanage at the other side of the world!!!

Do something nice for her rather then get back at her because if you get revenge on someone you may feel badly about it after.
If you do something nice for her then maybe she will feel badly for how she's treated you. It always works for me with a few of my friends. lol
