Hold the 'Menu Button' and 'Middle Button' Simultaneously Down for 10 seconds. That should restart it.

What do you mean the click wheel is stuck or does it not repsond when you click any of the buttons.
I think you should connect it to your computer and see if it will communicate with your computer or give you a message.

Apply heat in anyway, example - put it in fire..
