This picture is kind of dark and really small but, from what I can see of it, you look like a good looking guy and I don't see why you couldn't get a gf unless you are shy. I'll tell you something though, you need to have more self-esteem than you do, well you seem like you don't have any. Trust me from personal exp., I was really shy and had low self-esteem when I was in grade school, when I got to high school I changed my whole out look on life and the way I thought about myself. I was more out going and had better self-esteem and high school was the best time of my life.

You totally cannot tell from that tiny picture. Plus, some people look different in photos than in real life.
