whenever i do a shoulderstand i do a 'fanny sart' are there any ways to stop it? please help. it so embarassing. it have to do shouldestand at school for a lesson.

If you mean what I think you mean then food has nothing to do with it!!
Squat a couple of times before you exercise and that should expel the air from the vagina and stop the fanny fart;

This is why you are passing gas when you try and do a shoulder stand. Pressure on the body from straining. When you use certain muscles in the body it puts pressure in the body causing you to well You know FART :)
It has happen to me a lot when I use to power lift. There were many times I would go for a large single lift and well Fart. Putting a lot of strain on the body will do that.

Here is a quick fix, make sure you watch what you eat before working out or doing that exercise. And practise more at home so your body gets use to that sort of strain. The more your body gets use to it the less it will happen because you will be strengthening the muscles in your body and wont cause a lot of stress.

i have a few probs with this. the only thing i can suggest is to do pelvic floor exercises and hold ur 'fanny muscles firm when doing a shoulder stand

Yeah, stop drinking milk. Start eating more fruits, leafy green vegetables, nuts and seeds to get your calcium.

welll don't eat all that much before a shoulderstand that may help....
